OptumHealth's eHP (esync health portal) offers an advanced online platform designed to foster physical and mental health improvements for its users. Through a streamlined online assessment, it identifies personalized improvement opportunities. The portal engages users with tailored programs and activities, allowing for progress tracking and the acquisition of rewards and incentives.
In my role, I spearheaded the original concept, design, and execution of OptumHealth's eHP (esync health portal), extending its reach across numerous large-scale businesses nationwide. A key part of my work involved conducting interviews with users and patients and synthesizing their feedback to enhance the portal's functionality and usability. This iterative process of feedback integration was crucial in refining the overall experience.
Additionally, I created a detailed visual style guide, ensuring the portal's consistent aesthetic across different brand identities and color schemes, furthering its appeal and accessibility.
